Recently Crosstitch Productions created a custom puppet show for the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts.  We wanted to take a little time to show, the overall process of how each puppet was created.

There were four puppets created for the "Art of Baking."  All of the puppets are simple cable control.  They each utilize one cable to control the mouth.  Rods are used to manipulate the head and arms. 

The following will be a very rough and simple way to explain how the puppets for the "Art of Baking"

This part we will go over the general view of the puppet mechanism design.  The design used was created to allow bottom mouth movement and independent control of the body and head.
